This fat fuck named Victor Joseph Espinoza tried to kidnap a kid on his way to soccer practice. The boy found his way to escape and his soccer coach tackled the fat fuck. Somehow he slipped away. Putting insult to injury, a man-thief was getting away with a cobblestone robbery when a NYPD squad car ran into him killing him. Then a few months later his family received a bill for the hood of the squad car... A $710.00 bill for their son being hit by their car. Good joke NYPD.
