It seems like the powers that be, on the street, have dodged a bullet for famous puppeteer Clash. Clash, the voice and hand behind and up the ass of Elmo on Sesame Street is under some sort of scrutiny. It would seem that he had an inappropriate relationship with a 16 year old boy. The kid was quoted in saying, "I've seen sunnier days."
