We feel that circumstances are everything when it comes to trying to charge somebody with a crime or by dishing out punishment, because there are so many stories that prove that no tolerance is complete and utter bullshit. This happened to a fifth grader, he brought Pot to School and they want to punish him with expulsion. He kid said that he took the pot so that his Father would not smoke anymore... Admirable. Yet, the no tolerance rule states that the kid needs to be expelled. It's bullshit...

For some, stealing a movie is not that much of a big deal. Well, for a nosy off duty police officer it's not just a victimless crime. A couple, Lendsey and Delilha Harbin went off to see a movie and ended up getting slapped with a felony! The Harbins was apparently wearing bright colors, white vest/dress and a red shirt, and this nosy off duty officer saw this colorful travesty and decided to go far beyond the line of duty to ask them if they had their tickets... At this point I'd say, "fuck off! You don't work here." Instead, they claimed to not having the tickets until the Lady Harbin, which I'm having trouble defining by their names, fell a part and says, "I know we done wrong!" Didn't buy the ticket? Ain't nobody got time for that!
