Yelp is a place where people congregate and gripe and bitch about certain businesses and what nots. It's also, another place where you can find out what businesses are in your area, but what about things other than businesses that are open to the public? It seems that there is a new thing where prisoners are ironically and sarcastically reviewing the prisons they attend. One prisoner said, "It helps pass the time." Lack of Color... Racists, I meant in the room!
